Deepika and Jane invite you to a beautiful autumn afternoon of yoga, meditation, kirtan* and pot luck dinner on the magnificent grounds of The Bower, at Broulee.

We will begin with a movement practice suitable for all which will be followed by a guided meditation and some chanting together.

A shared dinner will follow!

Our Intention for this gathering is to celebrate the unfolding of autumn through community connection and nourishing practices.

* Kirtan is a form of devotional call and response singing often with musical accompaniment (on this particular evening it will be the harmonium). Each chant will be super easy to pick up and we will guide you every step of the way. You are welcome to either join in or listen- whatever your heart says.

Please join us for this very special evening.

What to bring:

- Yoga Mat and cushion (and anything else that you need to create a comfortable seat eg. blanket for the knees)

- Something warm in case it gets a bit chilly

- insect spray

- cutlery, and a plate or a bowl

- food to share (preferably with a list of ingredients written down to support anyone with dietary requirements)

- an open heart
