Breathe | Move | Flow | Rise

Meet Anna from Soma Flow and Jen from Pivotal Wellbeing

We’ve joined together through one shared belief, the body knows how to heal when it’s held, listened to, and given space.

Together, we bring our passions, knowledge, and skills in Spinal Flow, Somatic Movement, 9D Breathwork, and Flow Breathwork. Different energies and ways of working, yet the same intention: to support your body in remembering what it’s capable of.

We create a space where tension softens, patterns shift and release, clarity emerges a safe place to land, to integrate, and to come home to yourself. Between us, there’s a rhythm that meets you exactly where you are.

What unfolds in our work isn’t forced or control, it’s something we hold. A space that invites your body, mind, and spirit to begin speaking to each other again.

This is more than a technique; it’s an experience a chance to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and the natural flow of life within you. The benefits are felt deeply, tangible, lasting, and arising from within.

Whether your mind is racing, your to-do list feels endless, or emotions feel overwhelming, we'll meet you there. Supporting your body to feel and release, so you can walk out with more space, ease, presence and balance. Where your mind has slowed, your path feels clearer, and you can rise to meet who you’re becoming.

Together, we offer something whole, a way to return to yourself, to feel grounded, open, and alive in your own skin again.
