Dear friends,

We regret to inform you that we have made the decision to cancel the Motor-In To The Museum event on October 11th, 2024.

With the extensive damage from Hurricane Helene to the southeast region, and many of our supporters who were scheduled to travel here, we have determined that safety is our top priority right now. Some highways have been washed out through the mountains, and roads are still blocked in many areas.

While the Foundation had not suffered damage, the fields have had some issues. Trees down in the fields are a testament to the ground being sodden from the rain and is too soft for cars. We are not comfortable with the current situation, and we cannot guarantee the condition for the event. The end of the rainy season should be upon us and we would hope for the best, but the uncertainty of the situation has prompted us to make this decision.

We understand your disappointment and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We hope to make it up to you! If you have registered for this event, you will see an email and a refund. We will be working on seeing what we can do to remedy this, but we may have to save the festivities for the closing event. We promise to make it a great one and will update you all as soon as we have more information.
