An Evening for Palestine

Please come along to a fundraiser evening to benefit The UN's Occupied Palestinian Territory Humanitarian (OPT) Fund. The fund supports NGO's and UN partner organisations on the frontline of the humanitarian crisis in Gaza - more information here UN Crisis Relief.

It's an opportunity to give back and to share kai, and spend time with community. We have immense privilege in Aotearoa, and cooking and sharing food is a way that feels important (to me) as a way to bring people together for a good cause, in the face of what often feels like endless global and local injustice, oppression and catastrophe.

All ticket sales from this fundraiser will go to the OPT Fund, to support the people most in need when they need it.

Included in the ticket sales are:

• a three course family style meal (menu released closer to the date, vegetarian and vegan option)

• tunes from some of Wellington's local musicians

• discounted beverages on the bar (with sales going directly to the Fund)

Doors open 5:30, music from 6, dinner from 7.

We're currently sourcing donations from local sponsors to make the event possible. If you would like to participate, get in touch.

Please note there is a flight of stairs to Bedlam and it is unfortunantly not wheelchair accessible.
