Join Hayley and Mia for an evening of tranquility and bliss, and delve into some grounding, connected practices that will allow us to tap into our true nature, and experience a 3 hour practice of nourishment for our bodies, minds and souls.
Having held several nurturing events at the Pearl Beach Community Hall, Hayley creates sacred and inclusive spaces where community, breath, and embodied presence are at the core. Each gathering is designed to gently open the heart, awaken the body, and honour the soul—through practices that are grounding, accessible, and deeply intentional.
For this special offering, Hayley is collaborating with sound healing artist and professional vocalist Mia, a kindred spirit she has connected with over the years through soulful events and healing spaces. Together, we will take you on a deep guided journey to bliss.

Cacao Ceremony:
We will begin the evening with a guided meditation, intention setting, and the sharing of ceremonial cacao.

Yoga:
Expect a 60 minute gentle and restorative yoga flow, guided by Hayley, incorporating mindful movement and breathwork and leading into a deep savanna.

Sound Healing:
Mia will guide us on a journey through sound, where she will use various melodic and percussive instruments - handpan, crystal bowls, guitar, medicine drum, and her ethereal vocals to deepen relaxation and energetic clearing.

Tea Ceremony:
To close, we will partake in a traditional tea ceremony, involving the preparation and sharing of herbal teas, often with a focus on connection and sharing with community to close our shared practice.

About the organisers:
Hayley, founder of Pearl Beach Yoga, is a health coach, yoga teacher, and exercise specialist with over 14 years of yoga teaching and 15 years in personal training. Passionate about holistic wellbeing, she weaves together movement, breathwork, mindfulness, spiritual connection, and our relationship with nature. Hayley believes the human body is a sanctuary—a sacred vessel through which we can cultivate inner kindness, stillness, and peace. Through yoga and heart-led practices, she helps others reconnect with themselves in ways that ripple out into a more conscious and compassionate world. Her events at Pearl Beach Community Hall invite participants into soulful movement, cacao ceremony, and community sharing to return to what matters most.

Mia Burlinson is a talented professional vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, singer songwriter and sound healer from Sydney, Australia. She has been musical all her life and creates her music to process the world around her, creating beautiful songs that showcase her talented vocals and deep connection to her spirit.
Mia is also a sound healer who supports her clients healing through meditation and sound vibration. She plays a number of instruments - 7 crystals bowls tuned to each chakra at 432hz, a beautiful handpan, a Rav Vast drum, medicine drum, guitar and other percussive instruments - while she guides people on a journey with her vocals to deeper states of inner serenity and healing.
