This is a casual conversation with Channa Gunawardana who is a seasoned strategic leader with extensive experience in top roles at major Sri Lankan organizations like Hirdaramani, Ernst & Young, and Aitken Spence. Currently serving as the CEO of Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC, he was named the Best Manufacturing CEO of 2022 by 'CEO Sri Lanka' and inducted into the Hall of Fame for Leadership Excellence by the Colombo Leadership Academy the same year.
Channa holds an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA-UK) and the Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He earned his degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura's Department of Accountancy and Financial Management.
He will share his experience and insight gained thought out his journey.
