The Newcastle Grammar School Learning Institute for Parents proudly presents an evening with world renowned psychologist, Dr Michael Carr-Gregg.

Raising Resilient and Strong Young People:
What Every Parent Needs to Know in 2025

All Primary and Secondary parents and carers are invited to attend.

This session will explore the science of resilience, the impact of stress and adversity on young people and provide evidence-based strategies parents can use to support emotional regulation, mental health and character development in a rapidly changing world.
