An Evening with the Alchemists

What’s inside The Alchemist’s Jar? 
You are invited to a unique behind-the-scenes preview of the beautiful new shadow concert by the Green Beetle Company (creators of The Thief of Stars), inspired by Egyptian medieval khayal al-zill shadow theatre and live chamber music. This intimate event will reveal their creative collaborative process for innovative story-telling. Join writer Christopher Halburd, artist Tracey Jones, puppeteer Sam Bowker and singer Melinda Bowker, who will bring The Alchemist’s Jar -  “a story long forgotten, which has not yet been told” - to life on stage with Erin Brown and The Assai Quartet.
