A free hour to get a feel for Immerse, my year-long small group programme that's all about change, grounded in compassionate self-enquiry.

We'll settle in together, and I'll share how the year unfolds and how we work. Then we'll explore a short practice drawn from my book The Heart of Change, one you can return to whether or not Immerse is for you, along with a journaling prompt.

This will be a relaxed evening and everyone is welcome. There'll be time for any questions you'd like to ask.

Come as you are. You're welcome to keep your camera off and simply listen.

Who this is for
Anyone who senses something shifting in their life, or is simply curious about this way of working. There's no need to have done work like this in the past or to have worked with me before.

What you might like to have with you
A notebook and pen, something warm to drink, and somewhere you can be comfortable and undisturbed for the hour.

How you'll join
Once you've booked, you'll receive the joining link by email. I'll send a gentle reminder on the day too.

About Immerse
The next Immerse group begins on Friday 20 November 2026 and runs until October 2027, with twelve monthly sessions held in a small, supportive group. You can read more here.

Can't make it on the night?
Do still sign up. The session won't be recorded, but I'll send you the notes of what we explore, including the practice and journaling prompt, so you can come to them in your own time.
