Lindfield Business Roundtable:
An Executive Roundtable on AI: From Experimentation to Practical Real Business Impact
AI has officially moved past the hype. The real question for leaders now is simple: what actually works in the real world—and what’s a waste of time?
On Wednesday, 25 February 2026, Lindfield Business Roundtable is hosting an AI user information exchange designed for business owners and senior leaders who want practical, low-risk ways to turn AI into measurable value.
You’ll hear from a three-speaker panel and then join a peer-led discussion where members share real applications they’re already using (and what they’d do differently if starting again).
Speakers
Matthew Vickers (Snowgum Financial Services) will open with a clear, high-level look at the technical evolution behind Large Language Models then demonstrate how AI is already creeping into his day-to-day business workflows.
John Holland from John Holland Marketing will bring real-world business perspective on adoption and decision-making. He’ll share real examples of where AI is saving time in marketing and where leaders still need to keep a firm hand on the wheel.
Denise Archie (Coaching College) will share practical, accessible ways to turn AI into everyday tools that improve workflows, marketing, decision-making and business performance and writing a framework for learning programs.
During the session we’ll explore what AI can realistically do for small business today, easy wins to save time and reduce admin, how retail and service businesses are already using AI, and practical tips you can apply straight away
