This special time of year can be challenging for all sorts of reasons. Taking time out to unwind with some straightforward, accessible techniques can really help if you’re feeling the pressure. Why not give your mind and body some respite, and let your system rest?

*Rosie Harris is a certified Teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and a highly- experienced workshop facilitator. She is qualified in Mindfulness-Based Approaches with a Specialism in MBSR, trained by the Mindfulness Network in association with Bangor University, UK. A Sydneysider and a member of OWN, Rosie is also a highly experienced creative facilitator.She is a NIDA graduate, with an MA in Creative &Life-Writing from Goldsmiths, University of London.
