Take 3 hours to immerse yourself in the practice of adapting to customer needs & delivering at speed; Aimed at execs in Govt. & Corporate

Speed of Delivery is the New Competitive Edge

The rapidly changing business environment creates an enormous sense of urgency. Businesses around the world investing heavily in digital projects and transformation programs in an effort to stay ahead of the curve. However, despite investing in the latest tools and methodologies, new technology, and new people, they still find themselves a few steps behind their customers, and a few thousand dollars over budget. Why? Because they’re applying an old, project-based approach to a new, ever-evolving challenge.

Digital transformation is not a project, it’s a journey. And any successful journey needs a powerful, reliable engine. Your delivery strategy is your engine. Organisations who have successfully navigated this journey stay ahead of the curve implementing a sustainable and continual delivery strategy that allows them to quickly identify and then exceed their customers’ needs. Rather than slowing things down, their governance processes and delivery methodologies empower them to accelerate.

Why Attend?

This kind of change is not easy. Large organisations can’t drop everything and transform overnight. They have obligations to their customers to maintain their current levels of service. Therefore, they need to transform while performing. This is one of the key challenges that holds large organisations back from reaching their potential, innovating successfully, and achieving their long term goals.

The good news is that it can be done, and we’ve done it before. Our first Immersive in this series will focus on delivery strategy, and how to get your business’ delivery engine humming. We’ll dive into the specifics of a Continuous Delivery Strategy and how a good one deals to the many challenges that large organisations face. We will also share some fantastic examples of this strategy in action through our own case studies.

The immersive will answer questions like:

• How do I create continuous delivery across a heavily siloed organisation?
• How do I structure digital governance so that it enables progress rather than stalls it?
• How do I reconcile the needs and perspectives of a large group of internal stakeholders?
• How do I create a sustainable agile delivery program that delivers value to customers consistently?
• How do I incorporate CX into the agile flow?
• How do I create alignment and momentum across my organisation?
And much more! Come prepared with your questions as there will be ample time for Q&A and networking.

What an Immersive is

An Immersive (as we're calling it) is an interactive session where we will immerse you entirely in one focussed examination of a subject. We’ve chosen this format because it is highly participatory and has the ability to stimulate conversation, inspire new ideas, and convey alternative perspectives.

Looking at a topic from different angles, we'll share an understanding of the challenges, possible solutions and their benefits, and dive into their failed attempts and learnings of our and our clients experience over the years.

Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with other professionals at your level who have experience navigating the topic. This sharing of information, and opportunity to ask questions and apply it to your own scenario will allow you to grasp what you need to do, and find your shared story in another experience.
