You’re warmly invited to an intimate, heart led evening with Phil Barlow at Prana Wellness Hub.

During this Soulful Friday experience, Phil will guide the night through two gentle arcs.

First, heart songs. A collection of grounded, heartfelt songs to soften the mind, open the chest, and bring you home to presence and connection.

Second, soulful vocal toning, spacious electric guitar and relaxation. A gentle, deeply calming second half where you can rest and receive while Phil offers soothing vocal tones and melodies to support down regulation, release, and nervous system reset.

There will also be time for simple community connection, a chance to meet, share, and feel the warmth of being together in a calm, nourishing environment.

Wholesome food and drinks will be available for purchase from the Mooloo Brew, adjoining the event space.
