An Introduction to Child Safeguarding for Volunteer Involving Organisations

Creating safe environments for children and young people is becoming an increasing priority for organisations across Western Australia. This one hour, online information session will help Volunteer Involving Organisations understand child safeguarding, explore the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, and prepare for upcoming requirements.

Participants will leave with practical actions, resources and confidence to start their child safeguarding journey. A Q&A session will provide the opportunity to discuss questions and challenges with peers and presenters.
