Have you ever been curious to try mindfulness and not known where to start?

This will be the a wonderful starting point for you.

Mindfulness comes from many traditions and is a set of skills that you can learn and develop.
It's like a gym for your mind, and it can radically transform your life.

In this brief introductory session I will give a short talk to clarify what mindfulness or meditation is, the different styles, the benefits, and then we will experience a short guided meditation.
