Risk management is of great importance in any organisation. This webinar will explore the approach taken by the Christian Brothers and the concept of "Risk Culture," with practical examples. Key elements of a Risk Management Framework will be discussed, drawing on examples from the Christian Brothers. Additionally, we will review sample documentation, including Risk Policy, Risk Management Plan, Risk Register, Compliance Register, and Board reporting. The session will conclude with an open Q&A.
