Shamanic journeying has been practised for thousands of years in order to seek healing, guidance and support from compassionate helping spirits. Shamanic journeying can help us connect more deeply with the spiritual and energetic aspects of ourselves, as we learn to explore the expansive and highly resourced spiritual environment that surrounds us.

Everyone has the innate ability to connect with their helping spirits, and this workshop is designed to help you connect with yours. This is a beginner level workshop and no prior experience of shamanic journeying is necessary. It is ideal for anyone wanting to start exploring shamanic journeying, or for those wishing to explore a more intentional meditation style.

In this workshop:

You will experience Shamanic journeying and have the opportunity to share and reflect on the insights that you receive
You will be introduced to the fundamentals of Shamanic practice as you begin to develop the tools to connect with your own compassionate helping spirits
You will begin to formulate an understanding of your place as a spiritual being within the expansive and highly resourced spiritual environment that surrounds us
