Upon completion, participants will have a better understanding of the characteristics of autism, including possible strengths and challenges, and knowledge of a range of strategies and interventions that are available. The presenter will also go over some of the service and funding options available that may be accessible. This workshop also offers an opportunity to meet others on the spectrum and parents/carers of individuals on the spectrum.

Age range: 0+

If this workshop is full, please contact Emma Bennett on ebennett@autismsa.org.au.

Family Workshops are designed for any family member including parents, carers, siblings and extended family members with a loved one on the autism spectrum. The workshops provide examples and strategies that are relevant for family members.
