Celebrate the release of 'A Quiet Divide', the debut EP from Vietnamese-Australian composer and multi-instrumentalist An Trinh. Joined by an exceptional group of musicians, An brings together Vietnamese folk traditions, contemporary classical, jazz and ambient influences in an evening of original music exploring heritage, memory, identity and the meaning of home.
Opening performance from Ming Hui (Coralie Usmani) - a violinist from New Zealand and Singapore, based in Scotland. Through stories, fiddle-inspired tunes, and free-jazz-esque improvisation prompts, sounds from these places are given space to reverberate.
