Event description

Welcome to the Heart Centre.

Anahata.

The place where love, acceptance and compassion bloom, whilst jealousy, loneliness and clinginess exist in shadow.

Tantric and Vedic wisdom teach us that the heart chakra is associated with vayu/vata, the element of air - this being our breath. The prana or life force that moves through us; the pulse of our existence.

Mirella (Rellalita Embodiment) invites you into Anahata (heart centre), to explore pranayama- liberation through breath.

Through pranayam (breath) techniques, intuitive movement and yoga asana, we will begin exploring our heart centres. Accessing our somatic selves, encompassing breath, sensation, movement and sound.

This will be followed by a breathwork practice utilising conscious connected breath. This technique uses connected circular, rhythmic breathing, to engage our subconscious and breathe through our blockages. To access and release deep emotions, feelings and stories and complete stress cycles in the body. This may include physical and/or emotional release, be it joyful or painful all is welcome.

This breathwork journey will move through the chakras, with an emphasis on Anahata- The Heart Chakra.

By feeling and releasing that which we no longer need, we will return home to ourselves, to Anahata.
