ANAHATA AWAKEN - COME HOME TO YOUR HEART

A Gentle Rebirthing Breathwork, Cacao & Sound Journey

A space to soften. A space to breathe. A space to let go. A space to come home to yourself.

Life can leave us carrying more than we realise.

The expectations we place upon ourselves.
The words we never said.
The emotions we didn't have space to feel.
The experiences we tucked away and kept moving through.

Over time, we can become so accustomed to holding everything together that we forget what it feels like to simply exhale, soften and be held.

Come Back to Your Heart is a gentle 2.5-hour experience created as a safe and nurturing space to pause, reconnect and breathe.

You’ll be guided through a beautiful combination of Rebirthing Breathwork, cacao ceremony, community connection and sound healing, creating space to reconnect with your body, your emotions and the quieter wisdom within.

There is nothing you need to fix.

Nothing you need to force.

Nothing you need to become.

You are simply invited to arrive exactly as you are.

Gentle Rebirthing Breathwork

Through conscious, connected breathing, we’ll gently move away from the busyness of the mind and into a deeper awareness of the body and heart.

Your breath becomes an invitation to slow down, soften and create space for whatever is ready to be felt.

You may experience deep relaxation, stillness, emotion, memories, sensations or simply a beautiful sense of peace.

There is no right or wrong experience.

You remain in control of your journey at all times, and you are encouraged to honour your body, your boundaries and your own pace.

This isn't about reliving the past.

It's about creating a safe space in the present to acknowledge what you're carrying — and gently giving yourself permission to put some of it down.

Cacao Ceremony

We’ll share ceremonial cacao as a grounding and heart-centred ritual, creating a beautiful transition into the breathwork journey.

Cacao offers a moment to slow down, connect and turn our attention inward — creating space for intention, presence and connection.

Community & Connection

At the heart of this experience is community.

A chance to sit together, breathe together and remember that we don't have to navigate everything alone.

There will be an opportunity to share your experience, thoughts or feelings in a supportive, non-judgemental space — only if you feel called to.

Sometimes hearing another person's story reminds us that the things we carry are not ours alone.

We all experience life differently, yet there can be something incredibly healing about simply being seen, heard and accepted exactly as we are.

Sound Bath Integration

Following the breathwork, you'll be invited to completely surrender into a deeply nourishing sound bath.

Allow the sounds and vibrations to wash over you as your body settles and your nervous system has space to integrate the experience.

No doing.

No thinking.

Just receiving.

A gentle return to stillness, presence and yourself.

A space to let go

Perhaps there are things you've been carrying for a long time.

An old story.

A relationship.

A disappointment.

A version of yourself you've outgrown.

Words left unsaid.

Emotions you've never really had the space to feel.

You don't have to name them.

You don't have to understand them.

And you certainly don't have to force them to leave.

Sometimes, simply creating enough safety to breathe, feel and be present allows something inside us to soften.

This is your permission to put down the weight you've been carrying — even if only for a little while.

Come exactly as you are.

Tired.
Curious.
Overwhelmed.
Hopeful.
Emotional.
Happy.
Disconnected.
Or simply ready for a little time for yourself.

There is room for all of it here.

You belong here!

Your journey includes:

🌿 Grounding & arrival
🤎 Cacao ceremony & intention
