An evening to step away from the noise of everyday life and come back into your body.

Anam Alignment™ is an embodied experience weaving together somatics, breathwork, nervous system regulation, movement, meditation and energetics.

Guided by Niamh, you’ll be invited to slow down, notice what your body has been carrying and explore what might be ready to soften, move or shift.

Rather than forcing a particular experience, the practice creates space for you to meet yourself exactly where you are. You may move, breathe, rest, feel, release or simply become more aware of what is present.

The session will move through the body, breath and energetic layers, gradually guiding you out of the busyness of the mind and into deeper connection with yourself.

You might leave feeling more grounded, spacious, connected, clear or simply more at home within yourself.

No previous breathwork, somatic or meditation experience is needed. Everything within the session is invitational and you are always encouraged to listen to your own body.
