Embodied Exploration

An Anam Collective Community Class

Join us for a beautiful morning of movement, breath and connection as we gather outdoors in community for a special donation-based class in support of the Irish Cancer Society.

This experience is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body and explore the practices at the heart of Anam Collective. Together we'll move through gentle yoga, somatic exploration, embodied movement and conscious breathwork, creating space to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with ourselves and simply be.

You'll also have the opportunity to meet many of our Anam facilitators, who will be supporting the space throughout the experience. Whether you've been practising with us for years or this is your first introduction to somatics, you're warmly welcome.

Together we'll explore:

Gentle yoga and embodied movement
Somatic practices to reconnect with your body
Nervous system regulation through breath
Conscious connected breathwork
Connection, community and shared presence

This is not about flexibility, fitness or getting anything "right." It's simply an opportunity to experience what it feels like to come home to yourself, surrounded by a supportive community.

This event is donation-based. Every donation will go to the Irish Cancer Society.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, water, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable outdoors.

We can't wait to share this special morning with you.

Bring a Yoga mat and yourself and we'll do the rest!
