About the book:
Caught in a catastrophic accident at the secret compound where she works, Willow awakens to find herself trapped and alone. While searching for a way out, she finds an exit she is sure wasn't there the day before and encounters a mysterious man who helps her escape. While grateful to be free, Willow feels this "rescue" is all a little too convenient. As she struggles to make sense of what is happening to her, Willow finds herself overwhelmingly drawn to this stranger, but it's hard for her to believe that he would feel the same about someone who looks like her.

When Willow realizes the world outside her compound is not the same one she left behind, she has a choice to make - will she choose to return to the mundane life she knows, or follow the magic and accept that there is more to her than she ever imagined?

J.M. Halloran is a recent transplant to the Portland area. They live with their spouse, their teenager, two dogs and two cats. They have been an avid reader and story teller since childhood when they could often be found making elaborate worlds with their best friend.

They were introduced to the Dragonlance novels at age twelve and after that, only high fantasy would do. Once they got older and started reading romance, they knew they had found the perfect combination of genre’s to build their own worlds.

They love animals, coffee and all things Fae, and have never stopped believing in magic.
