Sikh Heritage BC presents the annual art show, Anand: The Art of Balance.
This year’s show explores the timeless pursuit of fulfillment and the journey toward embodying Waheguru. Through struggles, reflection, and enlightenment, the exhibit captures the delicate balance that defines Sikh life — between life and death, desire and restraint, light and darkness.

Anand is presented not simply as joy or desire, but as the perfection found in balancing all aspects of life. Each artist has embraced this pursuit, creating works that reflect the core values of Sikhi. They are true gems of our community, and their art stands as a testament to the perseverance, resilience, and pride carried forward by our ancestors.

The richness of our faith, interwoven with the cultural fabric of being Canadian, is proudly displayed throughout the show.
