Over 21 days, you’ll be guided through breathwork, self-care, and transformational practices that help you regulate your nervous system, access your intuition, and reclaim your personal power.

This challenge is for EVERYONE – no previous breathwork experience needed. Just your commitment to show up for you.

🧘‍♂️ Daily Guided Breathwork Sessions (15–20 mins, recorded for replay)
🗓️ Weekly Live Session – Sundays 8–9am NZST (via our online community platform)
💌 Daily self-care prompts: Gratitude, Affirmations, Journaling
💬 Supportive Group Chat for sharing & connection
🌈 Final Immersive Breathwork Journey + Intention Setting + Sharing Circle (Online | Possible In-Person Option)
