Embodied Breathwork has deeply transformed Jourdi Bleu's life, and now she is extraordinarily passionate about sharing it with others. Breathe into your own divinity - connect you to your truest nature - and lift veils between worlds.

Jourdi believes that the breath is the lost medicine, and that when guided through this journey, it helps people tap into their own inner healer and gives them the answers they are looking for within.

Embodied Breathwork is a powerful practice that helps clear emotional blockages, elevate your energy, and reconnect you with your higher self. Through intentional breathing techniques, you’ll uncover a renewed sense of clarity and spiritual alignment. It consists of Conscious Connected Breathing, in and out of the nose, so it's more gentle than the "transformational breathwork" that is gaining popularity, yet just as powerful.

The Journey:

This transformational 2.5 hour immersive journey will consist of the following:

Opening Ceremony and Intention Setting
Begin your Embodied Breathwork journey with a powerful Opening Intention Setting Ceremony. This sacred time allows you to ground yourself, connect with the group, and set powerful intentions for your breathwork session. Through guided mindfulness and collective focus, you'll create a clear path for healing and transformation. You’ll be introduced to the principles and practices of Rebirthing Breathwork, learn the breathing techniques, and explore the diverse experiences that may unfold during your session.

Guided Breathwork Journey
As you move into your Breathwork Journey, you will begin a profound exploration of your inner self. Using conscious connected breathing, you will have the opportunity to delve deep into your subconscious mind. This immersive experience allows for deep emotional release, self-discovery, and transformative healing.

Integration and Sharing Circle
Conclude your breathe and sound healing session with an Integration and Sharing Circle. This reflective time allows you to process and integrate your experiences while sharing insights and breakthroughs with the group. Connect with others, gain deeper clarity, and celebrate the transformative journey together.

Nourishing Meal

Made with love from Jeevi The Laughing Chef, all the food is vegan, gluten free, sugar free, organic, seed-oil free and cooked up with loving intentions. Eat together as we fill our bodies with nourishment after the breathwork.

Please note: Embodied Breathwork may not be suitable for:

Individuals with serious mental health conditions: Such as severe anxiety, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder.
Pregnant women: Due to potential stress and physical changes.
People with cardiovascular issues: Including recent heart attacks or severe hypertension.
Those with respiratory problems: Such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Recent surgeries: Especially abdominal or chest surgeries, without medical clearance.
Severe epilepsy or seizure disorders: Due to potential triggers from intense breathing patterns.
Acute psychosis or trauma: Individuals currently experiencing acute psychological distress or trauma.
