Experience Wild Heart, Wild Breath conscious connected breathwork with @alchemize.with.sunshine dynamic movement meditation with @rhondamaade_dewi and heart-opening medicine songs led by Naomi from @crystal.arcana.store .

We will be sharing a deliciously nourishing and wholesome banquet style lunch provided by @bibis_kitchen_au

For those who wish to staying overnight, the journey continues with Dreamtime Yoga under the stars with @withdani, and a sunrise Shamanic Sound Bath with Anisha from @acusonic.healing featuring live handpan and instruments.

Held in nature in a beautiful campground in Glenbrooke in the lower Blue Mountains, this is a heart-centred sanctuary for women longing to pause, reflect, and remember.
