Anchored: A 2-Hour Journey Through Movement & Touch

Join us, Clara & Nick, for a two-part embodied exploration designed to awaken deeper connection within yourself, with another, and through the language of the body.

Part One: Actions Speak Louder
Nick will be taking us through a partner mobility practice drawing on influence from martial arts, dance & somatic practices.

Sharing weight, touch & overall awareness. We’ll be at the interplay of gravity, momentum, improvisation, fostering an experimental environment that can open up parts of our bodies hidden in crevasses we might not normally choose to move into on our own.

Part Two: Touch as Transformation

In this second part of the workshop, we focus on partner-based bodywork rooted in Zenthai Shiatsu and intuitive touch.

Through conscious, attuned gestures, the body is guided into parasympathetic regulation, supporting nervous system relaxation. As tension releases and the body yields, earlier movement insights are anchored into embodied experience.

This process facilitates lasting shifts by reinforcing new neural and fascial patterns.

You’ll also leave with a simple, effective sequence to continue practicing with a partner—bringing the wisdom of this experience into your daily life.
