Anchoring inwards is a place for you to ground into and understand your body's wisdom, explore deeper layers of yourself, and clear through blockages or barriers within your being. The intention for the night is to come back into balance and harmony in mind, body, and spirit both personally and in the collective field.

We will be incorporating a range of techniques on this journey, such as:

- Breathwork, a form of somatic psychotherapy, to help us to explore cellular memory and release stored or repressed emotion.

- Kundalini yoga kriyas to cleanse the body and strengthen physiological functioning.

- Pranic energy healing will be conducted during the breathwork journey to clear out stagnant or stale energies.

Join Olivia, Mailys, and Luiz, a Brazilian drummer, who will be incorporating sound healing in the form of drumming throughout our journey together.

What do I need?

- Water bottle

- Empty stomach or light meal 90min before

- Comfortable clothing (lots of layers due to body temperature dropping with breathwork)

Olivia, the founder of Awakened Mind Body Spirit, is a registered psychologist and pranic energetic healer. Mailys is a qualified Rebirthing Breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, life coach, NLP practitioner, and wellness retreat facilitator. She is passionate about creating safe and sacred spaces to support healing and spiritual growth and enhance connectedness back to one's true essence. She brings a sense of safety, warmth, and nourishment to her offerings, attuning to people in the ways they need.

About Luiz

Luiz was born and raised in Brazil and has been in Australia for 5 years. Since he was a child he fell in love with percussion instruments and the drum was the one he most identified himself with. The drum allows him to reach a state of pure joy and connect back to his ancestors. He is passionate about allowing others to experience this medicine and creating a space where they can feel the energy that comes through the vibration of the drum.
