    Welcome to the &Social: Fitness Class and Morning Tea event!

    Join us on Thursday 23 May 2024 at 11 AM at Balloonmania for a fun fitness class with Steph Hennessy, followed by a catered morning tea!

    This is a great opportunity to meet new people, break a sweat (or two), and enjoy some delicious food together. Don't miss out on the chance to meet and mingle with like-minded mamas, while getting some movement! We can't wait to see you there!

    Who is &Social?
    We are a vibrant mama-founded community dedicated to providing a safe space for mamas to come together, share experiences and embark on a transformative path to self-discovery.

    What's going to happen in this event?
    We will be led in a fitness class by the amazing Steph Hennessy of Inverse Fitness (@inverse.fitness), who runs Mums and Bubs classes at her gym.

    What you need to do:
    Before the event, please complete the Medical Exercise Questionnaire form and send it to Steph at info@inversefitness.co.nz at your earliest convenience. This is will let her know your fitness level and tailor our class based on your needs.

    FAQ

    Is my baby welcome?

    Yes, your little babies (infant stage) are welcome! They can stay in the pram, be in the play pen, or if you are feeling up to it, you can wear them and they can be part of the workout too! Please let us know if you'll bring your little one with you so we can prep for them too!

    Where can I park?

    There are plenty of offstreeting parking by Balloonmania. Please ensure to park in the street parking as parking at the back are reserved for businesses in the area.


    What's included in the cost?

    The ticket fee includes a $10 koha for our lovely instructor.
