Help maintain Andrews Reserve bushland in Kew
Event description
Help recover and nurture native bushland to support local native species including rainbow lorikeets, red-rumped parrots, ring-tailed possums and blue-tongued lizards, and support health and well-being of many local families, walkers, dog-owners, runners and cyclists.
Each third Sunday of the month, our Landcare group creates the space and conditions for high quality, relatively undisturbed bush to thrive by planting, removing weeds such as blackberry, madeira vine, Tradescantia and flax-leaved broom, as well as rubbish.
