Immerse yourself in the beautiful sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls and also receive reiki for a deeply relaxing, calming and rejuvenating experience.

In this session, you will be warmly welcomed into a tranquil space ready to embark on a journey of peace and harmony. To settle your presence in the room some simple breathing, gentle stretches and inspired meditation may be used. Following this, you’ll be serenaded by the harmonious tones of the crystal bowls where the sound waves will wash over your body and draw you effortlessly into a deep meditative state. It is in this place that the worries of your mind will fade, your breathing slows, emotions settle and your spirit is soothed.

A full set of chakra quartz crystal singing bowls are used where each bowl resonates at the frequency for the chakra it represents. With a seamless transition between playing the bowl key notes, a full energy alignment is facilitated.

To further enhance your relaxation, reiki will be performed for participants collectively towards the closure of the session. Reiki simply means universal life energy and is a complimentary therapy that helps to support healing and increase a sense of well-being. It is a gentle practice that has been used for over 100 years.

A wonderful inclusion of these sessions is the Native American Flute to add beautiful, earthy tones that take you on a journey and leaves you in awe. Other soothing instruments may be used on occasions.

Arrival:

For the comfort of all participants, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. The doors will be closed promptly on commencement of the session. Mobile phones to be on silent mode.

Serious head trauma or injuries
Pregnancy
Post-surgery
Heart conditions, cardiac pacemakers
People with Deep Brain Stimulus
Have metal plates and pins inside your body
People with PTSD, bipolar or other serious mental health condition
