Beloved sisters and brothers of the Light,

I am delighted to present to you our November Sound bath for Realising and Transforming old patterns. The theme around this transformative sound bath comes from the divine guidance and inspiration I have received from the higher realm. Harnessing the power of the influential last Super Moon of the Year, I know it would be conducive to create a loving space for a loving release and transformation.

Many of us, whether consciously or not, might still hold and operate our life according to patterns that no longer serve our higher good. These patterns can be limiting beliefs, self doubts, procrastination, playing victim mentality, being a martyr, an overachiever, being a manipulator ( one common sign is being late consistently) or a hurt child (building walls around our heart) .

Such patterns can be formed during childhood, throughout upbringing, or they can be of influence from schoolmates, teachers and many other social, psychological factors. It is even believed that these patterns are passed down through multiple generations.

No single family is perfect, and everyone has some forms of patterns to be released and transformed.

Therefore, healing ourselves by listening to our inner self to recognise, release and transform these patterns is rendering a great service to ourselves, our family and our ancestors of many generations before.

Flow of the session:

Anything can be released, transformed through true love and understanding.

Harnessing lunar power and Holding this loving intention to be of service in my heart, I will be conducting this session between 60- 70 mins, utilising the crisp, transformative sounds of the high frequency crystal singing bowls, Tibetan Bowls, and the rhythmic beats of drum to trigger release of the old.

I will then introduce melodic, mellow sounds using a variety of instruments to welcome the new higher frequency energy to take up the emotional and etheric space in our system harmoniously.

This is followed by a short break and a short feedback session.

Good to know:

The event will be hosted by me, Phú Giang, a sound therapist from Sound Healing Academy. Our session will take place at the lovely Ela Rose Studios in Fairfield, Melbourne.

The session commences at 7pm sharp. Participants are encouraged to arrive at venue by 6:45pm to get settled in.

I will be at the venue from 6pm to get ready.

The venue comes with kitchenette facilities, free on the street parking. Tea and light snacks will be provided.

Please bring along your yoga mat, cushion, blankets ( body temperature drops during sound healing), eye masks (if needed), or your own water (if preferred).

Reminder:

Sound healing sessions are not recommended for those who are in the first 3 months of pregnancy, those with pace makers implanted in their hearts, or those with conditions such as epilepsy and other complications deemed unsuitable for sound healing therapy.
