We are proud and pleased to bring you another Dan. This time Dan Taylor as our Guest Speaker this month. Dan will address the topic of Startup Valuations. 

Dan's talk will focus on a number of ways of getting high or low valuation outcomes, Dan will look at the different methods of valuing start up companies and assets, and the ways to substantiate the valuation conclusions for stakeholders (including the ATO)

Dan has been undertaking business and asset valuations for over 25 years at both Big 4, mid-tier and boutique firms. He has been a business owner and operator himself so understands the challenges of start-up businesses. Dan has valued a number of startup businesses and assets (both pre and post revenue, pre and post positive EBIT) as well as multi billion dollar enterprises. Dan is a fellow of Chartered Accountants ANZ and a CA certified business valuations specialist.
