It is often a sensitive subject and one that is not openly discussed, but planning your Will and having it professionally written is one of the best things you can do for your family and friends.
Together with some of our professional and caring affiliated solicitors and staff we can ensure you have a legal working Will that can reflect your wishes, generosity and your life.
What you will get? For a small fee of $70 (inc gst and $2.25 booking fee) you get advice, materials, a one on one discussion with a lawyer and a planned simple Will. Terms and conditions apply and fee goes to supporting vulnerable Western Australians.
You may also ask for other services from the Law Firm that are at a charitable price. These include but are not limited to Enduring Power of Attorney, Power of Guardianship and Trusts for example.
