Take an evening to step away from the noise, slow everything down and give yourself some genuine space to breathe.

You’ll be guided through breathwork, meditation a cacao ceremony, some calming sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. The experience is designed to help settle your body and mind, bring your attention back to yourself and leave you feeling lighter, clearer and more grounded.

There’s nothing you need to achieve and no experience is required. Simply come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself the time to properly switch off.

Please bring:

- Water bottle

- Journal and pen

- Blanket

- Eye mask

- Any additional items that will help you feel warm, supported and comfortable

Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for sitting and lying down.
