• Capture the Memories with Care You are more than welcome to snap photos of our scrumptious dishes and treats! However, to keep the magic inside the realm, please refrain from taking pictures or videos of our charming Maids and Butlers.

• Cherish Our Magical Team Respect flows both ways. Please help our Maids and Butlers deliver their best service by refraining from touching them or inquiring about their personal details, social media, or lives outside the café.

• Safe Spaces for Everyone We are strictly committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and wonderful environment. Any form of harassment, inappropriate language, or disruptive behavior will result in an immediate end to your session without a refund.

• Protect the Mystery If you happen to recognize a familiar face among our staff from outside the realm, please keep their identity a secret to preserve the enchantment for everyone.

• Spread the Love Embrace the spellbinding world we’ve created! Dive into the fun, enjoy the energy, and spread the kawaii magic both within our café and beyond. ❤️

📝 Terms & Conditions

To guarantee your preferred reservation time, we highly recommend securing your table online. Please review our booking policies below:

• Door Fee: The booking fee is calculated per person and covers entry into the café only. It does not include food or beverages.

• Minimum Spend: There is a strict minimum spend of $20 on food or beverages per person (in addition to your door fee).

• Food Ordering: To ensure a smooth experience, you must purchase your food vouchers on the day of your reservation at least 30 minutes before your session starts.

• Arrival & Lateness: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session to line up. Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes past the session start time. After this 10-minute grace period, your booking will be canceled and the entry fee forfeited to allow walk-ins.

• Pre-Bookings Deadline: Online pre-bookings will close strictly on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

• Walk-Ins: Limited walk-in spots may be available during the convention on a first-come, first-served basis, but the standard door fee and minimum spend still apply.
