✨ ANNA'S Takeover x Sunrise Sisterhood

One morning. Two communities. One shared purpose

Join us for a beautiful morning celebrating Women's Wellness Week, as ANNA'S and Sunrise Sisterhood come together for a one-of-a-kind beach experience dedicated to women's health, connection and wellbeing.

For more than 30 years, ANNA'S has supported women's hormonal health and today proudly serves a global community of women across more than 50 countries. They understand that hormone health and mental wellbeing go hand in hand, because you simply can't have one without the other.

At Sunrise Sisterhood, our purpose is simple.

To create spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, move their bodies, breathe deeply, be surrounded by nature, laugh, connect, and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.

Together, we're bringing these two communities together for one unforgettable morning of movement, education, connection and joy.

What to Expect:

☀️ Guided meditation, breathwork and gentle movement

🤎 Fun group and partner connection activities

💃 A Silent Sunrise Disco with your feet in the sand

🫶 Meaningful conversations around women's health, hormones and wellbeing

✨ Time to connect with like-minded women and leave feeling inspired, supported and recharged.
