Sydney, we are levelling up with this one night only dinner. Annamese, the coastal-cool authority on modern Vietnamese joins forces with Brendan Pang, known for his dumplings and bold Asian flavours.

Since his MasterChef debut, Pang has turned the humble dumpling into a national obsession. Blending his Mauritian-Chinese heritage with a meticulous, craft-led approach, his cooking is a masterclass in precision and personal storytelling. Beyond the kitchen, Pang’s magnetic energy and "king of dumplings" reputation have made him one of Australia’s most beloved culinary voices.

This collaboration reimagines traditional flavours through a contemporary lens, balancing technical rigour with a sense of pure play. It’s an elevated exploration of Vietnamese cuisine that trades on nostalgia while pushing boundaries.

This event will have two seating times however both seating's will experience the night together.

This event is strictly 18+. Attendees must carry with them valid photo ID as proof of age and will be required to present this upon entry.

A Humanitix ticket administration fee of 2% per transaction + $1.50 per ticket, will be payable on each booking (inclusive of GST). This will be displayed as ‘booking fee’ upon checkout.
