It’s that time of year again, when I bully everyone I know into making a Big Deal about me and all my recent milestones and accomplishments.

In 2025 (YES I KNOW I’M LATE THIS YEAR) we're celebrating;

• My 34th Birthday.

• A DECADE living in Aotearoa New Zealand.

• My new side hustle/hobby/passion, where I managed to produce 34 shows (actually wtf.)

• Doing stand up for the first, second, third, and fourth time ever.

• Rufus’ life, and his newly evolved form.

• Finally biting the bullet on moving to the UK and announcing my resignation at work (effective in feb but whatever we’re counting it.)

This Anne Day I’m doing something a bit different - while I’m still accepting/exceptionally keen on receiving haikus and bawdy limericks as gifts, what I really want is support getting myself and Sexy Ghost Boy to Australia. But I, always a giver, am not just going to ask for your money with nothing in it for you.

Brush up on New Zealand politics, Josip Broz (Tito)’s Yugoslavia, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Kākāpō biology, and the History of Rufus. There will be prizes!
