4:00pm Venue opens

4:30pm AGM begins, reports, financials and election.

5:30pm Set 2026 AGM date and end meeting

5:30pm Networking and nibbles

All committee positions will be vacated after the reports and financials have been presented. If you would like to nominate for an executive position or general committee member position please send your nomination by email prior to 5pm Tuesday 11 November 2025.
