AGM- Annual General Meeting 2024

Join us for our 141st Annual General Meeting!

You will hear from our CEO, Chair of the Board, and Chair of Council as we discuss and adopt our 23/24 Annual Report and hear an overview of the year's highlights and plans for the year ahead.

Light refreshments and an opportunity to network will be available from 5pm- 5.45pm, with the AGM starting at 6.00pm sharp.

Voting will be managed in person at the AGM this year. If you cannot attend this event, and your church wishes to nominate you as a delegate, you will be required to provide a proxy. Voting will not be provided on- line in 2024.

The Primary and Administrative Contacts at each church will receive information pertaining to the motions and voting instructions. 

Each church has the opportunity to nominate their delegates here (due by 4pm 21st October 2024)
