Join us on Saturday, 14 November 2026, for an exciting School Fair celebrating the unity of three local Catholic schools — Annunciation Primary, Corpus Christi, and St Augustine’s. Each school brings its own proud history and vibrant culture as we come together as one community to foster connection and raise funds in support of important school initiatives.

HOW TO JOIN THE FUN:

Entry to the fair is FREE!

PLEASE NOTE: For the safety and comfort of all our guests, dogs and other pets are not permitted at the fair, with the exception of registered assistance animals.

CASH TOKENS:

Tokens can be used at any stall to buy food and drink, play fun games and win prizes in our exciting games area. Tokens can be pre-purchased in advance up until 7th November. They can also be purchased on the day using cash or card. Bundles start from $10.00 ($10 = 10 tokens). Cash tokens are used for all the activities run by the school on the day. Cash tokens are not redeemable for any external vendors (such as food trucks and coffee.)

*Pre-purchased cash tokens can be collected from your school prior to the fair so that you are ready to walk in and enjoy the fun on the day!

RIDE WRISTBANDS:

Kids can enjoy all day UNLIMITED rides when purchasing a Ride Wristband. Early bird prices are available at $35.00 each until 7th November 2026. If you miss the early bird offer, wristbands will be available on the day for $40.00 each. Family bundles are also available for pre-purchase! Individual ride tickets can also be purchased at ticket booths on the day.

*Pre-purchased ride wristbands can be collected from your school prior to the fair - no need to wait in line on the day and buy tickets!

Rides are specifically chosen for children (Kinder/Prep-Grade 6). There are some height/weight and age restrictions. This is determined by the specific ride. The minimum age is 3 and the maximum height allowed is 150cm.

PURCHASING ON THE DAY:

Credit Card and EFTPOS facilities will be available on the day.

T SHIRTS:

Purchase an official Community Fair T shirt for the day. Kids T shirts are available to purchase as a preorder and will be printed prior the event and distributed via the school a week before the Community Fair.

T shirt ordering has a strict cut off date of SUNDAY 18th October.

T shirts are available in children's sizes 4-12 on a standard fit t shirt. They are 100% combed cotton and printed right here in Melbourne.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Entry instructions

The Fair can be accessed via: Geelong Road entrance Ormond Road entrance If you have pre-ordered a wristband, please put it on before arriving to help speed up entry. Cash Tokens and Wristbands can be purchased at the Entry Tents.

There will be a published event guide at each Entry Gate and will also be available on our Instagram.

Hazards

The Fair is held across the Corpus Christi Primary School grounds. Most areas are on one level; however, some activities are located in the Paddock, which is a grassy area. An event guide will be available at each Entry Gate and on our Instagram to help you plan your visit.

Toilet location

Toilets are available throughout the Fair, including the school toilets and portable toilets are available for your comfort.

Accessible parking

Accessible parking will be available on Ormond Road. Spaces are limited and are reserved for vehicles displaying a valid Australian Disability Parking Permit.

First Aid

First Aid will be onsite at the Fair.

Sensory Considerations

The Fair may be busy and noisy, with music, crowds, rides and other activities taking place throughout the day. There will be a quiet/sensory space available at the fair.

Terms & Conditions - All ride tickets and cash tokens are non-refundable and valid only on the day of the fair. Lost or damaged rides wristbands and tokens will not be replaced.

1. Right of Entry

Entry to the School Fair is subject to these Conditions of Entry. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, security and wellbeing of attendees, staff, volunteers and students.

2. Security Checks

For the safety of everyone attending, security personnel or authorised event staff may conduct visual inspections of bags, backpacks, eskies, containers and other belongings upon entry or while inside the event.

By entering the event, attendees consent to reasonable security checks of their belongings. Anyone who refuses a required security check may be refused entry.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted at the School Fair:

Weapons or items that may reasonably be used as a weapon

Illegal drugs or prohibited substances

Fireworks, explosives or other dangerous or flammable items

Glass bottles or containers and BYO Alcohol

The premise is strictly a NO SMOKING or VAPING zone.

Any other item that security or the organisers reasonably consider presents a safety or security risk.

4. Behaviour

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

The organisers may require any person who breaches these requirements to leave the event immediately.

5. Intoxication

Entry may be refused to any person who appears to be intoxicated or whose behaviour presents a safety risk to themselves or others.

6. Directions from Security and Event Staff

Attendees must follow reasonable directions given by authorised security personnel, event organisers, school staff or venue representatives in relation to safety, security, emergency procedures and the operation of the event.

7. Removal from the Event

The organisers reserve the right to remove any person who breaches these Conditions of Entry, refuses to follow reasonable directions, possesses a prohibited item or behaves in a manner that may compromise the safety or enjoyment of others.

8. Children and Young People

Parents and carers remain responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children in their care while attending the School Fair.

9. Safety and Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow directions from event staff, security, emergency services and school representatives and must comply with evacuation or other emergency procedures.

10. Lost or Prohibited Items

The organisers accept no responsibility for personal belongings brought to the event. Prohibited items may be required to be removed from the premises and will be dealt with in accordance with event procedures and applicable laws.

11. Acceptance of Conditions

By entering the School Fair, attendees acknowledge and agree to these Conditions of Entry
