9th March 2026 - Lauren Tsamouras' Another Green World // Tessie Overmyer

Lauren Tsamouras' Another Green World

Lauren Tsamouras - piano
Brendan Clark - bass
Ashley Stoneham - drums
Danica Hobden - guitar (GERMANY)

Another Green World returns with a new iteration of the project, presenting a fresh set of compositions ahead of the recording of their second album later this year.

Led by pianist and composer Lauren Tsamouras, the ensemble draws on elements of Greek traditional folk music following an extended trip to Greece in 2025. The project explores Tsamouras’ Greek heritage as she continues to find her voice and place between Australian and Greek cultures. Although Greek-inspired, Tsamouras’ distinct contemporary jazz compositional style shines through, blending lyrical beauty, free improvisation, and pulsatile structures.

The band features Lauren Tsamouras (piano), Brendan Clark (bass), and Ashley Stoneham (drums), with special guest and dear friend Danica Hobden (guitar), visiting from Germany.
