Panel discussion: The Future of Surfboard Shaping

For Melbourne Design Week, the Australian National Surfing Museum is hosting a panel discussion about the future of surfboard shaping. This event is proudly supported by @Patagonia.
Will Solly, Corey Graham and Hannah Mangnall bring together their passion for surfboard design, innovation and sustainability, to discuss contemporary shaping, challenges posed by working with new and alternative materials and the future of their craft. Moderated by Rita Lahtinen, artist and PhD candidate at Monash University, researching the sociocultural aspects of surfing and contemporary beach culture.
The Australian National Surfing Museum is dedicated to telling the story of Australian surfing through permanent displays and temporary exhibitions and is also the home of the Australian Surfing Hall of Fame, which recognizes significant Australian surfers and the contributions they have made to industry, sport and culture.
