    Event description

With driving bass lines, catchy melodies and lush harmonies, Ant Gallery combines styles of folk, rock, and alternative music. They craft unique compositions that are earthy, poetic, and grotesquely groovy. Usually, bands don’t have four singers, four multi-instrumentalists, four songwriters, and two pairs of siblings. But Ant Gallery is different. After all, who can harmonise better than a pair of identical twins and two bearded brothers?

Milly McPherson is a twenty-year-old singer, songwriter who hails from Sydney’s east. She performs alongside close friends Oliver Hitchen, Sunny Capron and Ben Gordon, who form her backing band and make a creative impact on her music. Milly’s voice and songs draw influence from folk, indie, rock and pop genres in her contemplations of the only too well-known messes of anxiety, young love and young loss.

Final girls are a three-piece punk outfit hailing from the inner west. They combine punk, pop, folk, and occasional hardcore elements to create a sound that’s energetic, angsty & hook-laden.
