This 8-week course is designed for women between 12–35 weeks pregnant and focuses on building and maintaining strength and movement throughout pregnancy. Led by one of our Women’s Health Physiotherapists Danielle, the sessions are mat-based and low-impact, with a strong focus on core activation, pelvic floor function, and lumbopelvic stability.

Wear something you can easily stretch in & bring a water bottle.

**Please note this course is not suitable for people who have had any of the following: placenta previa, incompetent cervix (aka needing a cervical stitch), pre-eclampsia or any issues with blood pressure during pregnancy.
