Join the City of Sydney free online training facilitated by The Australian Human Rights Commission, experts in anti-racism education and advocacy via Teams on Wednesday 19 June 2024 from 4.00pm – 6.00pm.

By the end of the 2-hour training, you’ll have developed your:

understanding of racism, as both a concept and an experience
understanding of race and racism in the Australian context, including relevant legislation such as the Racial Discrimination Act
awareness of the impacts of racism
tools and strategies for addressing and responding to racism when it’s experienced by colleagues, customers, or clients
skills for effective bystander action

This training is for anyone who wants to improve their ability to address racist behaviours in their daily-life and the workplace.
