Event description
The antler pedestal style basket is a wonderful exercise for learning flow and shaping. A variety of accent colors will be available, or keep things natural! Basket is 8” across, 6”deep, and 8” high.
This basket is scheduled for 10am-4pm, depending on the size you want your basket to be, it will take around 4-6 hrs of weaving time. We’ll break for lunch to allow all participants to pick up food or you may eat in the studio. Water, coffee/tea will be provided. Ages 16+ Instructor Master Weaver Shannon Lucas Westrum will provide all necessary materials and tools. Basketmaking requires finger and hand dexterity, bring your glasses or readers.
